Attending: Travis Castle, later Heather Younes
1-2] Deputy Supervisor Scott Tuttle opened the meeting at 7:32PM with the Pledge to the American Flag.
3] Comments from the floor: There were no comments- Deputy Supervisor Tuttle asked Travis to give his report- Travis
gave info on the pump outs, one house connected so far on the water extension, he asked about connection setups.
Deputy Supervisor suggested he get four connection sets on hand. The board members asked how Roseanne was doing,
and Travis stated very good, he believes she has only the walk thru left. She asks questions if she needs to, it is working
well. Travis advised the house that was demolished at 12070 on stet route 23, damaged the man hole and casing- He has
spoken to them, and they will pay for the repairs.
4] Town Clerk’s April 2025 Report: After review by the board, motion by Councilperson Jeff Gonzalez, seconded by
Councilperson John Mattice to authorize Deputy Supervisor Tuttle to sign the report, Motion: Adopted: 4 Aye Gonzalez,
Mattice, Garraghan, Tuttle – 0 Nay, 1 Absent Tompkins
5] Tax report from Dawn: The board reviewed the latest paid & unpaid taxes as well as the accounting report.
6] Town Board Resolutions: #22 & #23 (signed and sealed and filed in the office)
TB#22 Re-affirm standard work day for NYS Retirement System, for the bookkeeping of elected officials in the system,
motion by Councilperson Jeff Gonzalez, seconded by Councilperson James Garraghan, motion; Adopted: 4 Aye
Gonzalez, Mattice, Garraghan, Tuttle, 0 Nay 1 Absent Tompkins
TB#23 Councilperson James Garraghan, seconded by Councilperson John Mattice authorized the Supervisor to use the
sum of $3,262.43 of unappropriated fund balance to adjust the General Fund Budget, motion; Adopted: 4 Aye Tuttle,
Gonzalez, Mattice, Garraghan 0 Nay 1 Absent Tompkins.
7] General Fund Resolution #5: Councilperson James Garraghan seconded by Councilperson John Mattice authorized the
Supervisor the balance accounts in the general Fund, motion; Adopted: 4 Aye Tuttle, Gonzalez, Mattice, Garraghan 0
Nay 1 Absent Tompkins.
Communication:
8] Up Date on the upstairs door- Tabled this meeting.
9] Minekill Substitutes: Heather gave a list to the board reviewed the names, the board discussed the people included,
the bus they need to reserve, and the start date with Minekill. Motion to approve the list by Councilperson Jeff
Gonzalez, seconded by Councilperson Jim Garraghan, motion, Adopted: 4 Aye Tuttle, Gonzalez, Mattice, Garraghan 0
Nay 1 Absent Tompkins.
10] NYS DOT Response regarding BG Partridge Road speed reduction request by Nancy Partridge. The Town clerk, Dawn
Thorp submitted the TE9a form September of 2024, to Scott Templeton, Greene County Highway Superintendent. Scott
sent the form to NYSDOT. On April 17,2025 we and Scott Templeton received the letter stating after their data and
study, they do not see the need for a lower speed limit as it is set at 40MPH.

11] Comp Alliance- Work place award: The town received a notification, that the performance of safe workplace for
2023, and keeping employees safe. A check in the amount of $658.00 was received.
12] SPDES- Compliance Inspection, was received and found satisfactory.
13] Polling Site Information: Letter from Greene County Election Board stating there will not be a primary Election on
June 24, 2025.
14] SPDES Permit: SPDES permit renewal issued May 1, 2025 to April 30, 2030 for WWTP
15] Treatment proposal for the Water district: NYSDOH suggests for corrosion Control Treatment- The board asked
Travis to check to see if we need to contact the water users regarding this soda ash treatment. He will be checking on it,
he also said this requires a daily reading with this treatment. Deputy Supervisor Tuttle asked if he will have Roseanne
work on this.
16]Notice to the Town from Greene County Soil & Water: they will be checking the creek in North Settlement for erosion
and will be sending notices to the property owners along the stream.
Reviewed by board WWTP report, planning and Town board minutes.

Motion to adjourn by Councilperson Jeff Gonzalez, seconded by Councilperson John Mattice, at 8:50PM, motion carried.
