WELL DRILLING-LETTER TO DAVE SHERMAN
Town Attorney Tal Rappleyea has written a letter to give to Dave Sherman for a deadline to finish the well drilling.
MOTION-A motion was made by Councilman James Lawrence to mail the letter to Dave Sherman return receipt requested, seconded by Councilman Martin Blanden, motion was:

PUBLIC HEARING FOR FUNDING FOR PUBLIC WATER SUPPLY
MOTION-A motion was made by Councilman Martin Blanden to hold a public hearing on April 13, 2009 at 7:30 pm for the purpose of providing information and receiving public comment on funding for a proposed public water supply in the hamlet of Ashland, seconded by Councilman James Lawrence, motion was:

BAR-BOARD OF ASSESSEMENT REVIEW
MOTION-A motion was made by Councilman James Lawrence to reappoint Samerna Rion for board of assessment review with her term expiring 2013, seconded by Councilman Martin Blanden, motion was:

WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT IN HAMDEN
Supervisor Richard Tompkins and Councilman James Lawrence are going on Saturday the 28, of March to see the plant in Hamden N.Y that is supposed to be just like the one the Town of Ashland is going to have, accompanying them there also is Thomas Soule from the Ashland Planning Board.
APPOINT TOWN ENGINEER
MOTION-A motion was made by Councilman Martin Blanden to appoint Delaware Engineer as the town of Ashland’s Engineer, seconded by Councilman James Lawrence, motion was:
