Town Board Meeting
October 12, 2010

A  Town Board Meeting was held at the Town Hall, 11980 Route 23, Ashland, New York on the 12th day of October.

Supervisor Richard Tompkins opened the meeting at 7:26 pm

VARIANCE FOR AUDIE TOMPKINS
Audie Tompkins came to the board requesting a setback variance for a garage on his property located at Pond View Road, Route 23 Ashland, New York.  The Board advised him to draw up a map, send out return receipt letters to his bordering properties for a public hearing on November 1, 2010 at 7:30 pm.

Motion was made by Councilman James Lawrence to close the Town Board meeting at 7:32 pm.
