TEMPORARY OFFICE SPACE FOR TOWN HALL
Due to the fire at the town hall on January 10, 2010 a temporary office will arrive Tuesday January 12, 2010 just below Wes’s Mobile repair.  Mid-Hudson Cable to come in on the 13th.  There are not any bathroom facilities at the present time.  Thoughts about staying at Wes’s for about 2 weeks then moving back down to the parking lot.  The office would be 12x60 for Diane, Rich and Justine.    All employees should document their time and take pictures.  Two of the heated bays are going to be used for fire trucks.
Many people have offered to help, Tim Woods from Windham Mountain offered space for trucks, Sean Doolan offered office space in his Windham office, Tubs and stuff offered their office space in Ashland for $650 a month.  Jack McLaughlin has space as well.  We will need a place for the court and the assessors. 

Fred Grober from Delaware engineering talked about the previous building and rebuilding ideas.  A ridged frame adds 20% more to construction cost, the board tossed around the idea of maybe two floors, the bottom floor for equipment and the second floor for offices and kitchen with a hall.  Board would like to know how much square feet the fire district would need and the town as well.

REGINALD WILLCOCKS
Reginald Willcocks addressed the board about how his alarm went off in his home and it took 45 minutes for a state Trooper to arrive from Tannersville.  The board had a lengthy discussion and would get back to Mr. Willcocks.

INTERVIEW FOR PLANNING BOARD MEMBERS
The board would like to change the interview meetings with the potential candidates for the planning board to Wednesday January 13, 2010 at 7:00 pm.  Town clerk to notify Steven Alberti, Eric Burgess, Robert Drum, Gregg Thorp and Don Rion of the time.

INSURANCE ADJUSTERS
Supervisor Richard Tompkins spoke to a couple of insurance adjusters that came by the town hall.  Tompkins would like to meet and discuss what it is they have to offer.  He would like Fred Grober and Town attorney Tal Rappleyea to be present at that time as well.
Cause of origin is coming on Tuesday the 12th.

INVENTORY LIST
Diane Cross is still searching for the fixed assets list of the Town’s inventory.

Motion was made by Councilman Martin Blanden to close the meeting at 8:26 pm.
