Special Town Board Meeting
April 5, 2010

A Special Town Board Meeting was held at the Town Hall, 12094 Route 23, Ashland, New York on the 5th day of April.

Attended by: Leslie Holdridge, Larry Tompkins, Donna Tompkins, John Mattice Sr. and Fred Grober.

Supervisor Richard Tompkins opened the meeting

Pledge of Allegiance

Town Board and Fire District Commissioners met and discussed the pros and cons of the fire department leasing from the town or going out on there on somewhere else.  The Fire Commissioners have decided to stay and lease from the Town, for the cost of finding property and rebuilding at another location would be too costly.  A information meeting for all that wish to attend will be held on April 12, 2010 at 7:00 pm at the old location of Town hall in the fire department trailer.

With all having been heard the meeting was adjourned.
