TOWN OF ASHLAND Richard E. Tompkins, Town Supervisor Special Town Board Meeting A Town Board Meeting was held at the Town Hall, 12094 Route 23, Ashland, New York on the 29th day of June. Attended by: Tom Dignam, Larry Tompkins, Leslie Holdridge, Jim Thorington, Randy Tuttle, Peter Diamond, Bruce Knox, Reg Cross, Steven Alberti and John Mattice. Supervisor Richard Tompkins opened the meeting at 8:00 pm.
RESOLUTION #26 TOWN OF ASHLAND TOWN BOARD RESOLUTION OF 2010 JUNE 29, 2010 At the Town Board meeting on June 29, 2010, Councilman, Richard E. Tompkins Whereas; the Town Board of the Town of Ashland has decided to rescind Resolution # 20 of 2010. NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED; that the Town Board of the Town of Ashland rescinds Resolution # 20 of 2010. A motion to adopt this resolution was made by Councilman, Martin Blanden and seconded by Councilman, Thomas Soule. Motion Carried. Adopted:

Supervisor Richard Tompkins asked if there were and comments. Fire Commissioner Larry Tompkins said that as far as they were concerned that they had made a motion three months ago to stay with the town, and that nothing had changed that. Supervisor Richard Tompkins said that what he heard last night was that the people wanted the building to be smaller. Motion was made by Councilman Martin Blanden to close the meeting at 8:16, seconded by Councilman James Lawrence. ___________________________________
