Supervisor Richard Tompkins opened the meeting at 5:00pm.
Board went over the Town of Ashland map with Jeff Flack highlighting the areas for the hamlet designation of Ashland. Jeff Flack will send a copy to the town on Wednesday February 25, 2009.
WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT ADDITION
MOTION-A motion was made by Councilman Martin Blanden to cap the addition for the wastewater treatment plant price at $7,000.00, seconded by Councilman James Lawrence, motion was:
