Special Town Board Meeting
October 25, 2010
A Special Town Board Meeting was held at the Town Hall, 11980 Route 23, Ashland, New York
on the 25th day of October.

Attended by: Larry Tompkins, Randy Tuttle, Rich Ray-HVAC and Fred Grober.
Supervisor Richard Tompkins opened the meeting at 4:30 pm.
An updated shop drawing was given to the board, the kitchen window will be side
to side, counter high and a chimney will be to the back of the building. These
revisions are on the new shop drawings that we just received. The slab will come
up and Crandell should be done with the sewer line in the back by Tuesday. As for
dumping of the slab Supervisor Richard Tompkins will show them where to put it
across the street and up to the town of Ashland highway department. Ken is to
send the grade for the house and we need to know if we can fold it in to the ground
and that we might need a sill fence. The foundation plan is to be revised by
Tuesday October 26, 2010.
Building is 8 weeks out till delivery.
One month till foundation and wall.
HEATING FOR THE BUILDING
Board would like to zone the heat, they would like a meter for the town side and for the
fire department as well as the wellhead pump. We would need a back up generator for
the wellhead pump,need to know the size and cost. Fire and security will wait until later to tie
in with the outlets and phones.
MOTION-A motion was made by Councilman James Lawrence to put radiant heat
throughout the entire building including the basement, seconded by Councilman
Thomas Soule, motion was:
