TOWN OF ASHLAND 12094 ROUTE 23 Richard E. Tompkins, Town Supervisor Special Town Board Bid Opening A Special Town Board Bid Opening was held at the Town Hall, 12094 Route 23, Ashland, New York on the 16th day of November 2009. Present Justine L Koehler----------------------Town Clerk
Supervisor Richard Tompkins opened the Special Town Board Meeting at 5:10 pm. The Town of Ashland is accepting sealed bids for snow plow/sander and related equipment for a 4 wheel drive International model 7500. Sealed bids must be received at the Ashland Town Hall Route 23 Ashland New York no later than 4:00pm on November 16, 2009. A copy of the specs is available for review at the Town Clerks office at 12094 Route 23 Town Hall, Ashland New York 12407. The Sealed bids will be opened at a Special Town Board meeting, on Monday November 16, 2009 at 5:00 pm. The Board reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and any other business that should come before the board. Justine L Koehler The Town clerk received one bid from Zwack, Inc.
