Special Town Board Meeting
March 1, 2010
A Town Board Meeting was held at the Town Hall, 12094 Route 23, Ashland, New York on the 1st day of March.

Supervisor Richard Tompkins opened the meeting at 6:20 pm.

DELAWARE ENGINEER-FRED GROBER
Fred came down to discuss the building plans, as it looks now it would be 114 X 66. Board is looking into going towards the road another 14 feet. Delaware engineer needs to know is town has a survey of property? There are pins in the ground, Supervisor Richard Tompkins to check into it, and they would need soil boring as well.
For a new building there would be many upgrades-smoke-carbon detectors, insulation upgrade, sprinklers, the board needs to check with the building code officer about what is required. The board is considering having to go with a shell first.
Fred is going to add 16 feet to the front of the building, and come back with prices of a shell, foundation and roofing.
Board had a brief discussion on cleaning of the office trailers, no decision was made.
MOTION-A motion was made by Councilman James Lawrence to pay Delaware Engineer, seconded by Councilman Martin Blanden, motion was:
