TOWN OF ASHLAND GREENE COUNTY NEW YORK NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TO ENACT A NEW FLOOD PREVENTION LOCAL LAW

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that a public hearing will be held by the Town Board of the Town of Ashland, Greene County, New York at the Town Hall, Main Street, Ashland, New York on March 26, 2008 at 7:30 o’clock PM in the evening for the purpose of considering and enacting a new Flood Prevention local law.  Copies of the local law are available at the Town Clerk’s Office.
A Public Hearing was held at the Town Hall, 12094 Route 23, Ashland, New York on the 26th day of March 2008.

Supervisor Richard Tompkins opened the Public Hearing at 8:30 pm.

No one was in attendance

Repeal Local Law #1 of 1987 and Local Law # 1 of 2008.

Motion was made by Councilman Robert Ferris to close the Public Hearing at 8:50 pm.
